ENTER ONE MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order within 2 days. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if it is after 2 days of placing the order. However, refund can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of streaming delivered is not good within the subscription time.

Refund amount will be credited with in 5 to 8 days.
